Don’t let your ears refuse to hear

When one of my oldest friends and I went to the museum last year – minutes before he encouraged his daughter to press on the button of the tiny elevator. And like any other artistic object on display in a museum, that tiny elevator was not supposed to be touched. In retrospect, we understand why the eyes of the other dad, who was standing behind the tape on the floor, started to widen.
