I love to start the day with a delicious and nutritious smoothie. And every morning it is a delight for me to see how a handful of nourishing ingredients so quickly can turn into a beautiful glass of drinkable paint – like magic. I often use pure organic juice of young coconuts as a mild and hydrating base, I add a banana for sweetness and the thicker texture of the smoothie, and I make sure that one of the ingredients is frozen for a quick cold glass of vitamins. The pink and the green smoothie are definitely two of my favorites in the morning or after an intensive run.

serves 1
1 handful frozen berries + cherries
1 banana
1 tbsp. coconut flakes
3 tbsp. yogurt
½ glass coconut water
½ tsp. vanilla extract
Ψ Throw all the gorgeous ingredients in the blender. Blend for about 30 – 45 seconds until smooth and enjoy immediately.

1 frozen banana
2 tsp. hemp seeds
½ glass coconut water
Ψ Throw all the gorgeous ingredients in the blender. Blend for about 30 – 45 seconds until smooth and enjoy immediately. (Do cut your frozen banana into small pieces to keep your blender alive.)
